• We help website owners understand how AI chatbots, real visitors, and unwanted bots interact with their site.
• We don't track people across the web or build advertising profiles.
• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
• Your analytics data is yours. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
• We only collect what we genuinely need to make the product work.

Who this policy is about

There are two groups of people we want to be clear about:

• Our customers, the website owners who sign up for ag-nts. We hold a small amount of account information for you (see below).
• Visitors to our customers' websites, the people and bots whose traffic we measure to produce analytics for the site owner.

What we collect from website visitors

When traffic hits a website using ag-nts, we record aggregate, non-identifying signals to produce analytics. This typically includes:

• The page that was requested and the time it happened
• Referrer information (the site or AI assistant that sent the traffic)
• The user agent, which tells us whether the request came from a person, an AI chatbot, a training crawler, or a bot
• The IP address of the request
• General, country-level location
• Browser and device type

We store IP addresses because they help us tell real visitors apart from AI chatbots and bots, work out where traffic is coming from, and keep the service secure. Depending on where you live, an IP address can count as personal information, so we treat it carefully, limit who can access it, and use it to produce aggregate analytics, counts and trends, rather than to build advertising profiles or follow people from site to site.

What we collect from customers

To run your account, we keep:

• Your name and email address
• The website(s) and organizations you've connected
• Your account and team settings
• Billing details, which are handled securely by our payment processor (we never see or store your full card number)
• Basic logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable

How we use this information

• To show you accurate analytics about your site's traffic
• To create and maintain your account and team
• To process payments and send essential service emails
• To keep ag-nts secure, debug issues, and improve the product
• To respond when you reach out for support

We will never use your data to advertise to your visitors or to power anyone else's marketing.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data, and we never will. We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us run ag-nts, for example, our cloud hosting, content delivery, and payment processing partners. These providers are bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, in which case we'll push back on overly broad requests where we can.

How long we keep it

We keep your analytics data for as long as your account is active so you can see your historical trends. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records (like invoices) for legal or tax reasons. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete it, and to object to certain processing. Keeping data safe

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and work hard to keep your data protected. If a breach ever affects you, we'll let you know promptly.

Children's privacy

ag-nts is a business tool and isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

As ag-nts grows, this policy may change. When we make meaningful updates, we'll revise the date at the top and, for significant changes, give you a heads-up by email or in the app. We'd never sneak something past you.
