Hello 👋, these are the terms for using ag-nts. We've tried to keep them short and readable, because an agreement nobody understands isn't much of an agreement. By creating an account or using ag-nts, you're agreeing to what's below, so it's worth a quick read.

You need to be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you're signing up on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for them, in which case "you" means that organization.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, keep it current, and let us know promptly at support@edgarallan.com if you think someone's accessed your account without permission.

You're also responsible for telling your own visitors how you collect and use their data, and for having a privacy policy where the law requires one.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid aren't refundable. If we change our prices, we'll give you notice before it affects you.
The analytics data we collect for your sites belongs to you, you can view, export, or delete it whenever you like. The ag-nts software, design, and name belong to us, and using the service doesn't transfer any of that to you. We'd just ask that you don't use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.
If you send us feedback or ideas, thank you! We may use them to improve ag-nts without any obligation to you.
How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Please give it a read so you know what we collect and why.
We work hard to keep ag-nts up and running, but we can't promise it'll be available every single moment. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update features, or pause the service, and we'll try to minimize any disruption. ag-nts is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, we can't guarantee it'll be error-free or perfectly suited to your particular needs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ag-nts and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or use ag-nts in a way that could harm us or others, though where it's reasonable, we'll give you a chance to put things right first. When an account closes, your right to use the service stops, and we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
As ag-nts evolves, we may update these terms. When we make meaningful changes, we'll revise the date at the top and let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using ag-nts after an update takes effect, that means you're okay with the new terms.
